13,201 words! I just realized I'm more than 1/4 of the way through my 50,000 words. Funny, the story doesn't feel 1/4 of the way done... I couldn't think of anything else to write for the moment, so I left my story off with a cliffhanger: "What I'm not prepared for is..." By tomorrow I'll have to figure out exactly what it is she's not prepared for!
