NaNoBlog 2002
30 days. 50,000 words. No sweat.

Remind me not to defend myself, no matter what anyone says, but just to shrug & say thanks for the perspective. Sheesh. This other board decided it was the day to bash me, and I'm still not sure why except that I kept trying to explain myself. Though at least I did get a few nice e-mails, one of them from someone who suspected most or all of the negative posts were from the same person.

I'm still not giving up on NaNo, yet. I want to at least start the novel I've been building up to for 25 days so far! Who knows, maybe I'll write TWO novels!

I'm supposed to go to dinner tonight for a playgroup "moms' night out," and while it's nice to get away, I'm not sure I'm in the mood. I'm very sleepy, for one thing. And for another, the people I'm going with didn't even know I wrote until our last moms' night out (after knowing me for 4 years), and won't understand NaNo, so I'm not sure I'm up for a lot of questions about what I'm up to lately. There is almost nothing else I'm up to lately!
